PHARMExcel appoints Russell Wheatcroft as Chief Operating Officer

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Russell Wheatcroft as Chief Operating Officer of PHARMExcel. Russell’s appointment marks another significant step towards achieving PHARMExcel’s ambitious growth strategy to become the Clinical Research Organisation (CRO) of choice for UK and European academic trials, whilst continuing to expand its strategic commercial partnerships with growing biotech/pharma organisations.

With over 30 years commercial and operational experience across multiple sectors including Life Sciences and Healthcare, Russell brings considerable expertise and a strong track record in delivering highly regulated solutions to the pharma, biotech and healthcare sectors with a global focus.
