Our policy applies to everyone who works with or for us, including employees, contractors, stakeholders and third-party partners. Any behaviour that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment will not be tolerated, whether on our premises, online, or during offsite business activities, such as meetings, conferences, and social events.
We encourage anyone who feels they have been subjected to or witnessed sexual harassment to report it immediately. All complaints will be handled confidentially, and we will ensure a thorough investigation process. Employees found to have engaged in sexual harassment may face disciplinary action, including dismissal.
We provide training to all staff to raise awareness of inappropriate behaviours and support staff who seek guidance. We are dedicated to maintaining a workplace where dignity, equality, and inclusivity are upheld at all times.
